Eligibility & Age Requirement

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh or be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion list or have had a previous hi7 account closed for violations.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your location. Employees, officers, or directors of hi7 and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one active account on hi7. Opening multiple accounts, using another person's account, or providing false registration information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

KYC Verification

hi7 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. We may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time frame may result in account restriction or suspension until documentation is provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must never share your username or password with any third party. hi7 will never request your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. hi7 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

hi7 supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players. Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to:

All funds deposited into your hi7 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in our help documentation. hi7 reserves the right to verify the source of funds before approving a withdrawal. All amounts are displayed and settled in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳).

Bonuses & Promotions

hi7 offers a welcome bonus and a range of ongoing promotions for eligible players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated rollover period will result in forfeiture of any bonus and associated winnings.

hi7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including using multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or matched betting techniques — constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and full bonus forfeiture. Betting Rules & Fair Play

All bets placed on hi7 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, game, or event. hi7 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for casino games, and sports betting outcomes are based on official results from recognised governing bodies including ICC, FIFA, and BPL. In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on the platform and the official result, the official result shall prevail.

Prohibited Betting Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hi7 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of related bets, and forfeiture of winnings: use of automated betting bots or scripted systems; placing bets based on insider information; collusion with other players; exploitation of software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes; and any form of money laundering through the platform.

Void Bets & Cancellations

hi7 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed at an incorrect price due to a technical fault, or where evidence ofirregular play is identified. In the event an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, hi7 will follow the standard void and settlement rules applicable to that sport or game type. Players will be notified of voided bets via account notification.

This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer or system failures, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

hi7's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose. This limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between hi7 and you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hi7 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the exclusive property of hi7 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the hi7 platform without our prior written consent.

Amendments & Governing Law

hi7 may update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and at any time by posting updates on this page.
